Peter Rasmussen

CONSULTANT

Peter Rasmussen joins the DPL team as a Consultant. Peter has been in the industry since 2005 — his first major venture was helping to build an annuity sales desk from the ground up with MetLife in Hartford, CT. He later assumed responsibility for the technology training program and went on to manage the variable annuity marketing program.

Most recently he worked for a large IMO, supporting both B/D and RIA relationships. During his career he has developed a deep appreciation for RIA practice management and the fee-based space which ultimately led him to DPL. Peter currently holds his series 6, 63, SIE, North Carolina Life & Health Licenses and is a graduate of Western New England University.

In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their family dog. If it’s not in pieces again, he also enjoys driving his project car.
