Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to implement business process automation across our Salesforce/Pardot marketing and sales platform.  You will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve working with sales and marketing teams and our business analyst to implement new Salesforce applications, custom workflows, troubleshooting application errors, building dashboards, and potentially implementing Einstein Analytics and related Einstein technologies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications to fit custom business processes.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Understanding and implementing best practices within Salesforce development environments.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and fixing Salesforce application issues.
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed business environment.
• Familiar with agile development methodologies.

Job Requirements:

• Previous work experience with application and software development.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
• Working knowledge of MavensMate or Eclipse.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to project manage.

Education/Experience:

• B.S. in Business Management, IT, Computer Science or equivalent related job experience
• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Experience within Insurance and/or Financial Products & Services a plus.
• Experience with Pardot (in the Salesforce family) a plus.

Certifications/Licensing/Registrations:

Salesforce certifications.
