Courtney McLaughlin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University. Courtney is experienced in project management and is very detailed oriented and passionate about learning new skills and working with an experienced team at DPL. Courtney has recently transitioned from a Program Manager role at a nonprofit into the Service Specialist role in the Operations department at DPL and is excited to help solve issues to give clients the best options for commission-free annuities.
