Courtney McLaughlin has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University. Courtney is experienced in project management and is very detailed oriented and passionate about learning new skills and working with an experienced team at DPL.

Chaz Rough is a digital content producer that has lead the strategic development of interactive marketing initiatives for leading companies in the tourism, including Bourbon industry, sports, packaging and retail industries.

Arabella joins DPL as a Sales Analyst for the Breakaway Accelerator Program. She recently graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Japanese. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and hiking. 

John first joined DPL as a Sales Support Associate, and is now a Membership Consultant. He was born and raised in Bowling Green, KY and attended WKU where he received his bachelor’s of science in personal financial planning.

Hope Miller joins the DPL Team as the Marketing Associate. Prior to this role, she was a Sales Support Associate here at DPL. Hope is eager to bring her previous experience in sales to collaborate with and support the marketing department.
